Hey! I’m Emily, I’m 18, and I’m in that awkward stage of life where I’m still figuring out who I am and what I want to do. There’s so much pressure to know exactly what your future will look like, but honestly, I have no idea. Some days I feel like I have it all together, and other days I’m just trying to stay afloat with school and everything else going on. I love spending time with my friends — laughing, talking about life, or just being silly. But I also really enjoy quiet moments by myself, whether it’s watching a movie, writing, or just thinking. I guess I’m kind of a mix of both — I like being around people, but I also need time to recharge. I’ve always been a little shy, but I’m working on stepping out of my comfort zone more often.

Turns On I’m passionate about fashion and design, and I’m thinking about pursuing it more seriously. But there’s a part of me that wonders if it’s a practical choice, or just something I’m interested in because it’s fun. Sometimes I doubt myself, but I know I’ll never know unless I try. Life is full of uncertainties, and maybe that’s okay.

Turns Off Right now, I’m just trying to live in the moment, enjoy the freedom that comes with being young, and not stress too much about the future. But I also want to make sure I’m building something for later on. It’s a balancing act, and sometimes it feels like I’m juggling too much, but I guess that’s what growing up is about, right?
